What the contact form requires

The form asks for your name, a reply contact and a message. All three fields are required. The reply contact can be the method at which you want support to answer; enter it accurately and do not use the message field for passwords or payment information.

There is no attachment-upload field. Start with a concise description and the relevant public URL instead of sending identity documents or intimate media. When the form is submitted, the website also passes technical request information, including the page URL and IP address, to its configured support-delivery channel.

Make the issue identifiable

  • Use a short opening line that names the problem.
  • Paste the exact page address rather than describing how you reached it.
  • State what happened and what action you are requesting.
  • For a technical error, include the browser and the steps that reproduce it.
  • For disputed content, identify the specific image, field or statement.

One complete request is easier to assess than several messages containing different fragments. If the facts change, reply through the same contact method with the corrected information instead of opening unrelated requests.

Information you should not send

  • Passwords, one-time codes or account recovery secrets.
  • Card numbers, bank credentials, wallet keys or seed phrases.
  • Full identity-document archives when no specific document has been requested.
  • Unrequested intimate photographs or videos.
  • Personal information about people who are unrelated to the issue.

Support may ask for one narrowly relevant item when it is necessary to evaluate a correction, ownership or removal request. A request for more information should not be treated as permission to send an entire private archive.

Directory support is not profile contact

Directory support handles website accounts, public-content corrections, privacy questions, technical problems and reports. It does not contact an escort on a visitor's behalf, check private availability, arrange or cancel a meeting, negotiate services, receive private-service payments or recover money sent off the platform.

For a profile enquiry, use only the contact or enquiry control currently displayed on that profile. If no appropriate control appears, the directory contact form is not an alternative booking channel.

What happens after submission

The website validates the required fields and attempts to send the request to its configured support-delivery channel. A success or error message is shown after that attempt. No response deadline is promised, so include enough information for the issue to be understood without an immediate follow-up question.

This form is not an emergency service and is not designed for immediate physical-world assistance. If a person may be in immediate danger or a crime may be occurring, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service first. Use directory support afterwards when public website content also needs review.
